Collect All Pets! Ascension Guide

Prepare for Ascension in Collect All Pets!, separate it from Rebirth, verify the live reset contract, and track official Ascender badges.

Ascension is a distinct late-game Collect All Pets! progression track. Roblox’s official badge inventory has a dedicated Ascender family created in 2024, separate from Rebirther badges. That makes the milestone count reliable, but it does not publish the unlock condition, reset scope, reward, or Exotic pet choice. Read the entire current confirmation before acting.

Identify the Ascension system

Find the control or room explicitly labelled Ascension, then verify that the confirmation uses the same term. Do not trigger a Rebirth control and assume it advances Ascender badges. Record the current Ascension count, eligibility, required score or resource, choice screen, and every listed reset or retained field.

Community references and player discussions connect Ascension with very late progression and Exotic pet choices or permanent effects. Treat those relationships as Community reported until the current screen shows them. Never select a pet or bonus using a copied tier list that omits the current descriptions.

Close the confirmation and prepare the account first. If the action has a choice, inspect every visible option and decide which measured bottleneck it addresses.

Make a full pre-Ascension record

Capture Rebirth count, Ascension count, Pet and Total Pet Score, all variant scores, Gold, Mythic Stones, Exotic Crystal Score, Research Points, Lab state, machines, active tasks, areas, equipped pets, and protected pets. Add screenshots of any Ascension-specific choice or warning.

Claim finished tasks and rewards whose panels say they will not survive. Finish only current-run goals that materially improve the Ascension outcome. Do not empty permanent resources unless the live confirmation explicitly says they will reset and the purchase is useful.

Compare the reset list with Rebirth. Similar wording does not guarantee identical behavior. Mark every difference so the next run can be measured accurately.

Evaluate an Ascension choice

Read the option’s exact current effect, affected action, scope, permanence, and whether it can be changed later. A bonus to Egg Luck, attack rate, clone behavior, Exotic promotion, or another community-reported stat serves a different part of the loop.

Choose the effect that reduces the longest recurring delay after Ascension. If collection rebuilding dominates, an egg or discovery effect may be relevant. If resource production dominates, a Gold, damage, or speed effect may matter. If later variant work is the goal, choose only a bonus the current description explicitly connects to that mechanic.

Do not judge by percentage size alone. A smaller permanent effect applied every cycle can outperform a larger situational effect. Avoid an option whose condition you cannot currently activate.

Rebuild after Ascension

Confirm the action only after the record and choice are complete. On return, verify the Ascension count, badge progress, chosen effect, retained resources, and starting pet state. Reopen the relevant upgrade and collection panels rather than assuming the reset completed exactly as expected.

Rebuild one stable Gold loop, then measure time to the first useful egg batch, area, Rebirth milestone, and advanced system. Compare these with the prior record. Keep notes on what the chosen effect actually changes.

If the option seems inactive, confirm its condition. A luck effect may not change a guaranteed display; a damage effect may require the relevant pet type; an advanced-resource effect may not matter until that system is unlocked again.

Track official Ascender badges

The current official Ascender thresholds are 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, and 100 Ascensions. Roblox names the ranks Novice, Apprentice, Intermediate, Advanced, Master, Epic, Legendary, Prodigious, Ascended, and Mythical Ascender.

Use these values as long-term checkpoints. They do not establish rewards, optimal speed, or whether a cancelled action counts. Check Ascension Badges for the verified index.

Do not confuse “Ascended” as a badge rank, an egg rarity label used by community sources, and the act of Ascension. Always keep the full label in notes.

Troubleshoot an Ascension problem

If the control is unavailable, check the live prerequisite chain rather than grinding a reported number. If an option differs from a guide, follow the current description and record the change.

If the badge count does not move, verify the action completed, wait for the UI to refresh, and check Roblox badge inventory. Do not repeat a major reset solely to force a notification.

If rebuilding is much slower than expected, confirm the chosen effect and retained upgrades. Compare one bottleneck at a time before deciding that the Ascension was ineffective.

Frequently asked questions

How many Ascensions are required for each badge?

The official sequence is 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, and 100.

What resets during Ascension?

The public badge API does not say. Read and record the current confirmation panel before accepting.

Which Ascension pet or bonus is best?

Choose from the current options based on the slowest recurring part of your route. Do not use an old list that lacks present-day effects and conditions.
