Long-term Collect All Pets! progress branches into Rebirth, Ascension, Automation, Exotic Crystals, and Lab research. These systems interact, but they are not interchangeable. Official Roblox badges separately track Rebirths, Ascensions, and Exotic Crystal Score. Community documentation places Automation and the Lab around Rebirth Cave and its advanced rooms. Use the current confirmation panels and upgrade trees for costs, resets, and rewards.

Choose the correct progression guide

Use the Rebirth Guide before activating a Rebirth control. Its job is to help you record the current run, finish high-value tasks, read the complete reset warning, and decide which visible permanent upgrade will improve the next run. Roblox’s official badges verify a Rebirther family, but they do not say what your account keeps.

Use the Ascension Guide when a separate Ascension system becomes available. The official Ascender badge family starts at one Ascension and continues through higher milestones. That proves the action is distinct enough to track independently. It does not justify applying Rebirth rules to Ascension.

Open Automation when the live interface exposes automatic equipping, fusing, generation, or another machine workflow. Automation is valuable when it removes a repeated bottleneck you already understand. It is dangerous when enabled before protection rules, reserve pets, and machine behavior are clear.

Use Exotic Crystals when the matching score or resource appears. Official badges verify the score family from 100 upward, while community sources describe advanced upgrade uses. Separate the collectible score shown by the UI from Mythic Stones or ordinary Gold.

Use the Lab Guide when the raven-marked Lab route, research tasks, Academic Level, or research upgrades appear. Community documentation describes permanent and timed tasks plus a research tree, but live requirements and cooldowns may differ.

Read progression as a chain of bottlenecks

A reset is not progress by itself. It is useful when the reward or retained upgrade shortens a measured part of the next cycle. Before resetting, measure how long it takes to reach a working egg tier, rebuild the active team, open the next area, and return to the resource you care about. Choose an upgrade that reduces one of those times.

Likewise, a machine is not automatically an improvement. If Automation fuses pets you intended to keep, the time saved can cost collection progress. If Generation produces pets faster than you can process inventory, the bottleneck has moved rather than disappeared. Configure one behavior, observe a full cycle, and then add the next.

Lab research should solve a named goal. Gold, damage, magnet reach, pet speed, clone-related effects, and other community-documented branches affect different portions of the loop. Read the current description and choose the branch that addresses the slowest measured step. Do not spread early research points simply to illuminate more icons.

Make a pre-reset record

Capture the current Pet Score and Total Pet Score, relevant variant scores, Gold, rare currencies, Mythic Stones, active quests, Lab tasks, equipped pets, protected pets, areas, and purchased upgrades. Then open the confirmation dialog and compare every named reset or retained item with that record.

Finish actions that would otherwise be wasted. Claim completed quests and badge-related rewards visible in the UI. Spend only currencies the confirmation explicitly says will reset, and only on improvements that help the final collection or resource pass. Do not empty a permanent currency merely because a reset is near.

After the reset, compare the same checkpoints. Verify that the promised retained upgrade is present and measure the early route again. If the next run is not faster where expected, inspect the upgrade conditions before repeating the reset. A permanent bonus may affect a different action than the one you measured.

Keep Rebirth and Ascension evidence separate

The official badge history contains older high Rebirther entries now labelled Legacy and newer Ascended and Mythical Rebirther entries with different thresholds. That is strong evidence that milestone presentation has changed over time. It is not proof that the underlying reset operation, reward conversion, or optimal schedule stayed the same.

Ascender badges were created later and track 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, and 100 Ascensions. Use those exact numbers only as official badge milestones. For the Ascension cost, pet choice, retained state, and unlock condition, read the live screen.

Never use a badge name alone to predict a gameplay reward. A badge can acknowledge an action without granting an in-game multiplier. Likewise, a community upgrade table can explain where to look without proving a current cost.

Organize advanced resources

Keep Gold, Mythic Stones, Exotic Crystal Score, Research Points, and variant scores in separate notes. They can appear near one another in community progression routes but serve different menus. Before spending, identify the icon, exact label, balance, cost, prerequisite, and whether the purchase is repeatable.

For Exotic Crystals, record where the resource appears and which score moves after collection. For the Lab, record the active task, expiry or duration, progress, and Research Point reward. For Automation, record which operations are enabled and which pets are protected. A clean record makes it possible to reverse a bad configuration without guessing.

Recover from a progression stall

If the next upgrade is unaffordable, do not default to another reset. Determine whether the limiting resource comes from Gold farming, pet collection, variants, Exotic Crystals, Lab tasks, or Rebirth rewards. Use the matching guide and return only when the visible cost is within reach.

If a door does not open, confirm that the gate uses current score rather than total score, or vice versa. Community pages mention special rooms inside Rebirth Cave, including a Factory associated with Total Pet Score and a Lab behind a raven door, but the live sign is authoritative.

If automated output looks wrong, disable the newest option first. Restore the working team, protect collection targets, clear inventory deliberately, and re-enable one function at a time. If Lab progress is stuck, reopen the task panel and verify the action, location, timer, and completion claim.

Frequently asked questions

Should I Rebirth as soon as the button appears?

Not automatically. Read the reset and reward text, finish valuable current-run actions, and identify the permanent improvement that will shorten the next cycle.

Is Ascension just a larger Rebirth?

Treat it as a separate system. Official badges track Ascender and Rebirther independently, and the current Ascension confirmation decides its behavior.

What should I automate first?

Automate a stable repeated action whose protection and output rules you understand. Watch one complete cycle before enabling another operation.
