The official Collect All Pets! description says that players unlock areas with new upgrades, but it does not publish a current zone order or gate table. Community documentation describes a route through Spawn, Meadow, Forest, Desert, Arctic, Beach, Mountains, Jungle, Grotto, Grove, and Mine. Treat that list as an orientation aid and let the signs in your live server decide the current order and requirements.
Follow the main route
Start at Spawn and identify the next labelled gate before spending. Continue through the community-documented sequence only while the names and connections match your server. A map update can move an entrance or change a requirement without changing the general collect-and-upgrade loop.
| Community-documented route | What to verify in the live game | First-visit purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Spawn → Meadow → Forest | Gate order, Gold requirement, egg panels | Establish the basic hatch and crystal loop |
| Desert → Arctic → Beach | Exact entrance names and crystal durability | Compare Gold per minute with the previous area |
| Mountains → Jungle | Upgrade walls, branches, hidden egg routes | Prepare for later score-gated areas |
| Grotto → Grove → Mine | Score type, gate value, special facilities | Build variant and advanced-resource progress |
Rebirth Cave and the community-named Factory are special progression spaces rather than ordinary entries in that farming sequence. Use the Rebirth Cave guide before interacting with a reset shrine or an advanced machine.
Inspect every new zone before buying
At a gate, note the exact currency or score named beside the number. Gold, Pet Score, Total Pet Score, Shiny Score, and other variant scores are separate measurements. Matching the number while reading the wrong counter will not open a score-gated door.
After entering, walk one complete loop without making a major purchase. Locate the return path, crystal clusters, egg source, upgrade surfaces, special doors, and any scattered or hidden eggs. This short survey prevents you from buying an upgrade before discovering that the next egg or room is the real priority.
Read each egg panel directly. Record its live price and visible rarity pool if you are planning a batch. An older community list may still identify the right zone while showing a price or pool that no longer matches the current update.
Compare farming value
Test the same team in the new zone and the previous reliable zone. Time a short loop from the first crystal hit until the drops are collected. Include pet travel, target availability, magnet reach, and competition from other players; displayed target value alone does not measure your real Gold rate.
A compact earlier zone can outperform a later one when your pets spend less time travelling or when the later targets take too long. Stay where the full loop is consistent, then revisit the newer area for its egg, quest, upgrade, or special facility.
Pair named-area quests with the normal route. Activate the quest first, clear a repeatable loop, and check the counter after one pass. If it does not move, verify the target type and area name before continuing.
Plan unlocks with a reserve
Do not spend every resource at the gate. First look through or around the entrance, where possible, and estimate the cost of the useful egg or upgrade behind it. A zone unlock is less valuable if you arrive unable to use its main feature.
Use this decision order:
- Confirm the exact gate and score type in the live server.
- Keep enough Gold or special currency for one planned action after entry.
- Enter, survey the area, and test one farming loop.
- Compare the result with your previous route.
- Return only for a clear purpose: income, a pet discovery, an upgrade, a quest, or a progression room.
If you are short of a score gate, consult the Pet Score guide or the relevant Variants guide. Do not fuse protected discoveries merely to chase a displayed total without checking which score the door actually uses.
Recover when the route is unclear
Return to the last known entrance and use one large landmark as your anchor. Sweep the perimeter in one direction, checking visible paths and legitimate interaction prompts. Avoid out-of-bounds shortcuts; a normal progression entrance should be reachable through the intended map.
If a door appears inactive, close overlapping panels, stand within interaction range, and wait for the interface to load. Check that the current counter meets the named requirement. Rejoin one current server if the prompt remains stuck, then compare the sign again in case your first server was outdated.
On a crowded server, a missing crystal field may simply have been cleared. Wait for a normal respawn or test a quieter area before concluding that the route is broken.
Frequently asked questions
How many zones are there?
Community sources currently describe eleven named main zones from Spawn through Mine, plus special progression spaces. The official description confirms unlockable areas but not a fixed count, so verify the current map.
Is the newest zone always the best place to farm?
No. Your team damage, pet movement, crystal density, magnet reach, and server competition determine the real return.
Where can I find exact gate prices?
Read the current sign or interaction panel in-game. This guide intentionally does not freeze update-sensitive gate numbers.
