Collect All Pets! Beginner Guide

Start Collect All Pets! with a safe hatch, crystal, Gold, fusion, quest, and area loop that adapts to the current game UI.

Your first goal in Collect All Pets! is to make one complete loop work: hatch pets, equip a useful team, send that team against crystals, collect the drops and Gold, fuse safe duplicates, and spend the result on the next clear improvement. The official description confirms hatching, fusion, more than 200 pets, area upgrades, quests, and badges. Let the live interface supply every exact price and requirement.

Set up the first run

Join through the official Roblox Experience and wait until the HUD finishes loading. Locate the pet inventory or collection view, Gold counter, current quest, nearest egg, and settings. Check the equipped-pet limit and any protect or lock control before moving pets around.

Open the collection once and note the score labels. Pet Score, Total Pet Score, Shiny Score, Metallic Score, Giant Score, and Shiny Giant Score serve different progress tracks. A new player mainly needs to recognize Pet Score and ordinary discoveries; do not chase a later variant counter just because it is visible.

If the official code panel is present, check the Codes page before farming. The official description lists FirstCodeEver, but the live result decides whether it works and what it grants. Confirm any timer before planning a session around it.

Complete the hatch-and-crystal loop

Hatch a small batch from an egg you can comfortably afford. Watch the result cards and inspect whether a pet is new, a duplicate, or stronger than the current team. Equip useful pets through the live inventory. If an equip-best control exists, use it as a starting point, then verify that it did not ignore a protected or special pet.

Move near an ordinary crystal and observe the targeting behavior. Community guides describe pets attacking crystals and producing Gold-related drops. If a tap or click is required in your server, use the visible interaction. Collect the drops before judging the team. A route with strong damage but poor pickup can feel slow because value remains on the ground.

Repeat several nearby targets and watch four things: break time, pet travel time, drop pickup effort, and Gold gained. Upgrade the slowest link. Stronger pets or damage help long break times; pet speed helps long travel; magnet reach helps scattered pickup; a cheaper or better-matched egg helps collection volume.

Fuse without breaking the team

Do not fuse everything marked duplicate. First protect equipped workers, new discoveries that have not registered, and any variant you do not understand. Open the fusion interface and read the live number of input slots, eligible rarity, output preview, and luck display. Public guides often describe a five-to-one pattern, but the current panel is the authority.

Run one controlled batch using true spares. After the result, check the new rarity, whether the pet equipped automatically, and whether Pet Score changed. If the preview or outcome differs from an old guide, follow the game. The Fusion Guide covers larger batches and recovery.

Fusion is useful when it turns a pile of low-value duplicates into a higher-rarity collection or team improvement. It is not useful when it removes the only pets keeping the Gold loop productive. Keep enough workers to continue farming immediately after the batch.

Spend Gold with a purpose

Before buying an upgrade, say what it should improve. “Break crystals faster,” “collect distant drops,” “move pets between targets,” or “fund more useful hatches” are measurable goals. Buy one improvement and compare the same route again. Avoid spreading early Gold across every visible wall.

Choose eggs by collection value as well as rarity. An earlier egg may fill missing entries and provide predictable fusion material. A later egg may offer stronger pets but drain the balance. Read the current panel and use the Eggs Guide to organize sources without relying on stale prices.

Keep a reserve before unlocking an area. You want enough currency to use the new egg, upgrade, or feature after entry. If the new area’s crystals take too long, return to the previous compact loop and visit the new area only for its unique function.

Use quests and badges as overlap goals

Read the active quest before starting a farm loop. If it asks for crystals, Gold, drops, eggs, or an area you already need, complete both goals together. Claim the result before the next reset or major spend. The official Roblox badge API confirms Quester milestones beginning at 25 completed quests, so steady overlap matters more than waiting for a perfect quest.

Use early Pet Collector badges as checkpoints. The first official thresholds are 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 Pet Score. They show whether collection is moving, but the badge descriptions do not publish the score formula or an in-game reward. Check the Pet Collector Badges page for the official sequence.

Unlock areas only when they help

The official description promises areas with new upgrades. Community references supply names and a broad order, while the live gate decides the current requirement. At each entrance, record the exact score type or currency, walk the new area once, find its egg and upgrades, and test one crystal route.

Do not confuse access with efficiency. If pets spend too long traveling or breaking targets, farm an earlier area until the relevant bottleneck improves. The Zones Guide gives a repeatable area-audit method.

Fix common beginner stalls

If pets appear idle, move within range, clear open menus, select a visible target if required, and confirm the pets are equipped. If Gold looks missing, sweep the ground for drops and verify the pickup counter. If inventory is full, protect the team and new entries before clearing only eligible duplicates.

If a gate rejects a score that looks high enough, compare the exact counter name. If a code fails, clear spaces, preserve capitalization, and try one new server. If progress slows after an upgrade, return to the same test loop; the purchase may affect a different part of the cycle.

Frequently asked questions

What should I upgrade first?

Upgrade the measured bottleneck in your current crystal-to-Gold loop. Do not follow a fixed order when your team, area, and current upgrade levels differ.

Should I save every duplicate?

Keep the working team, new discoveries, and unclear variants. Use confirmed spare duplicates for a small fusion batch, then review the result.

When should I leave the first area?

Leave when the live gate is affordable and you can still use the destination. Return if its farming loop is slower than the route you already have.
